Most of the time it just didn't feel like Batman at all, and I'm not talking about the goofy things since it originated back in the Adam West days, I'm talking about the over-the-top villains and locations of the show.Ī TV series can be compared to a video game in some respects. The art-style was so, so, some characters look fine, but it's unforgivable what they did to the Joker's face. It didn't have many compelling characters either.
Not to mention bringing Batman to space and other planets, jeez.
Plot-wise it just didn't feel like Batman, most of the time some kind of random sidekick would even take the spotlight.
